Holiday Treats: You aren't the boss of me

Reader

I don't know about you but thinking about all the holiday treats and goodies that are about to be VERY available makes me a little stressed.

This is a big reason why my husband and I have declared Halloween - New Year's the Holiday Health Odyssey.

We want to hit January feeling our best and to do that we need to go into the holiday season in a body that has little interest in chocolate and other high sugar treats & desserts.

How are we going to do this?

We're going to make sure we're eating a diet that keeps our blood sugar balanced so that we feel in control with our food choices - calm appetite, minimal cravings.

This is just one of the topics that I'll be covering in my live master class on Friday, Oct 25th.

It's the holiday season so there will be lots of rich, heavy food and sweet treats at almost every turn. Food that can feel very hard to manage.

The good news is if you start preparing your body now by the time the holiday food starts to appear you'll be able to easily stay in control eating more of the main course choices than the treats and snacks.

Register here for my LIVE MASTER CLASS so you can get the information you need to start prepping your body to feel in control around food through the whole holiday season.

The live will be recorded so if you can't make it on Oct. 25th be sure to register anyway so you are on the list to get the recording.

This class will be live and interactive. That means, ask questions! The more questions you have the more fun and practical the class will be.

To make it even more fun - invite your friends, sister, mother, husband, boyfriend. Accountability partners are where it's at!

Did you know that people who have an accountability partner or group are 95% more likely to reach a goal than those who don't have accountability.

You read that right, 95%. That's pretty close to guaranteeing your own success.

Here are the other topics I'll be covering during the master class:

  • Spectrum of Health - assess where you are so you know what will have the biggest and fastest impact on blood sugar balance
  • Body Dial - how the right setting will help you lose weight without feeling hungry or deprived
  • Blood Sugar Balance - your secret weapon to feeling in control around food
  • Protein - how to manage this properly for consistent weight loss
  • Macros - your tool for food freedom
  • Food Indulgence - how to enjoy occasional treats without self-judgement or set backs

My goal is for you to walk away from this master class with useful information that you can put into action immediately.

Register here.

See you soon,

Reader I bet you won't be surprised to hear that the average American gains weight during the holiday season. Actually between Thanksgiving and Christmas so really only a month. Hi Reader, I posted this 20 year before and after of me and got a couple of interesting comments. The first one I saw was this: If the first pic is overweight, I'm WAY worse off than I think! Every body is different and you're the only one who knows how you feel. I was overweight for me but it was more than what I looked like it was how I felt. I felt awful. I was living on a blood sugar rollercoaster of feeling great one minute then brain fog and exhausted the next. I was also achy. I was 37...
